God's "WORD" will stand

John 10:10 (KJV):   “ The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have  it  more abundantly.”   satan doesn’t want people to realize that there dead and need life.   If he can get the person to seek anything else but life he wins. “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.   And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.”   John 5:39-40 satan runs interference:   he can’t destroy Gods Word, for He, God, is that Word:     “ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”   John 1:1   So he’ll put so many different versions out, construct so many different denominations, infuse different beliefs within those denominations, add cults and occult practices he’ll have all of us at each others throats.   “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against po

Acts 16:29-30 (KJV):   “ Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas,    and brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? This to me is the most important question man can ever ask; “what must I do to be saved.”   Jesus Himself asked: “ For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul ?”   Matthew 16:26. Here are some possible answers heard given by most modern pastors, evangelists, teachers and lay persons.   The question is which is correct and is there scripture to support their instruction. Have you accepted Jesus into your heart?   have you made him Lord, ruler etc of your life.   Do you believe who Jesus is and what he came to do, will tell him and when you do you’ll be saved. Ask or invite Jesus into your life and he’’ll come in and save you. Believe that “   For God so loved the world

God's grace is seen by all

Titus 2:11-15 (KJV):   “   For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,   teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;   looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;   who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.  These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee. Paul paralleled this also when he wrote:   “I charge  thee  therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;    preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.    For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselve

Romans 11:13 (KJV)   “For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office: It’s amazing how most fellowship pastors, teachers and elders fail to understand who Paul was and what his ministry is. Most only teach from Paul’s writings when it bolsters the passage they are using. They chose a passage from Genesis 12 to Acts 8 or Hebrews to Revelation; then enforce their text from Paul’s writings when it fits.     Genesis 1:1 to Genesis 11:32 was where God was working with the whole world.   No law, but only the conscience of man to direct man.   From Genesis 12:1 to Acts 8:40.   There in these passages God calls out a people for His name and His work.   God gives them the “Law” given through Moses to the Israelites to live by:   moral, ceremonial and social law.   Side bar:   Romans chapters 9-11 explains Israel’s past position, their failures, the calling of Gentiles and Israel’s future when this dispensation of the g
