"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
Went to a different fellowship Sunday. It was recommended to me by a person from the past fellowship. The overlaying reason was because he had spoke with the Pastor which implied that they (that fellowship) was more conservative: they weren't.
I have through time became somewhat knowledgeable of scripture. Have learned why I am approved of God and what He expects from me in my walk with Him. When I am told that what I have read and believe is wrong I do become defensive. Not of what I believe but why I believe what I believe. Case in point; when it is discovered that I adhere to and trust the King James Bible (KJB), its as if I have committed a cardinal sin and there is little hope. I attempt to make a case for my beliefs and why but everything then following is determined in what I believe and not why. Then being a reader of the KJB labels me as an infidel.
"For the which case I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know {"But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?" Galatians 4:9] for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day." 2 Timothy 1:12. I give this and other verses for my authority for my speech and am reviled for my commitment to God's Word in which I stand.

If you haven't yet, I invite you to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. If you have never believed and come to that understanding, I ask you to believe the gospel and be made new in the body of Christ. Agree with God you are a sinner needing to be saved. The Gospel is simple: it’s who Jesus is and what Christ did in His Death, Burial & Resurrection for you; Christ died for all our sins: 2 Cor 5:21. He was buried John 19:38/42 & arose again for our justification Ro 4:25 & 1 Corinthians 15 the resurrection chapter. Its not what you know or when, where and how you say what you say but the truthfulness in your heart and believing God . Tell Him, your Saviour, Redeemer, Salvation and come unto Him for life. "Lord Jesus, I believe; help me" If this is the truth in your heart and God knows, in that moment of belief, you are then made new in Him! Start your new journey by reading the Book of Romans (AKJV), once, twice, as many times as needed until it resonates with your spirit and then believe.
